R U OK? Day - Thursday 12 Sept 2024

R U OK? Day is the National Day of Action to remind Australians that every day is the day to ask, ‘are you OK?’ and start a meaningful conversation whenever you spot signs someone you care about might be struggling with life.

To support this day activities will be held throughout the week at UniSA Campuses. No registration is required, just show up with an open mind and ready to start a conversation. Dates and times can be found here.

A Conversation Could Change a Life
